Refund policy

<h3>All Sales Are Final</h3> <p>Every RoboBlast set is shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, so once an order has been delivered it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please read the product description carefully and double-check your order (bundle size, quantity, shipping address) before completing checkout.</p> <h3>Cancellations</h3> <p>You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn't been handed over to the carrier. Email us at askpliumo@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and the policy above applies.</p> <h3>Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items</h3> <p>We stand behind the quality of every set. If your order arrives damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, email us at askpliumo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos (or a short video) of the issue and the packaging. Once confirmed, we'll send a free replacement or, where a replacement is not possible, issue a refund to your original payment method. You don't need to return the item unless we specifically ask you to.</p> <p>Issues reported more than 7 days after delivery, damage caused by misuse or mishandling after delivery, and batteries or other consumables are not covered.</p> <h3>Lost or Undelivered Orders</h3> <p>If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, first check with neighbours, building management and the carrier. If it's still missing after 5 business days, contact us and we'll help investigate. Orders with Shipping Protection are covered for loss, theft and damage in transit (see our Shipping Policy).</p> <h3>Refunds</h3> <p>Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post the refund.
